Get your Pilates Comprehensive Certification in as little as 12 weeks with La Jolla Pilates. Our method includes classical pilates with functional fitness to expand and deepen your Pilates practice.  We offer a mentorship program for those  interested in exploring teaching opportunities at La Jolla Pilates.

THIS IS A 3 MONTH PILATES INTENSIVE PROGRAM

online/hybrid workshops

pilates mat foundations: Outline goals, objectives, and PILATES FOUNDATIONS
pilates anatomy: basic pilates anatomy
class design: designing pilates classes & class management
reformer basics: reformer exercises & reformer safety protocol
choreography & cues : CUES, Pacing, voice, and theming session
injuries & Conditions: Modifications, props session, accessibility
guided practice : Practice classes with feedback
practical test : must demonstrate all pilates mat exercises and reformer exercises

written test/study guide: 50 question written test covering all lecture topics and lessons

Homework will be assigned after each session to aid in your growth as a teacher.
